US domestic orders ship USPS while all international orders will ship through UPS. Our processing time is 1-3 business days in addition to USPS or UPS handling time. Your tracking number will be emailed to the same email address you provided at check out. If you need your order expedited please email your request to hello@adularescence.com.

The USPS and UPS have been experiencing major delays due to labor shortages and the unprecedented number of packages being shipped around the world, so it may take longer than usual for tracking to update.

Once the package is out of our hands, USPS or UPS tracking is the only information we have access to about your package's whereabouts and delivery timeline.

If your package is marked "delivered" but you still haven't received it, your local post office or UPS should be able to provide details of the delivery. We do not replace or refund lost or stolen packages marked "delivered" "in-transit" or "arriving late".

Adularescence does not accept returns or exchanges. However, if something arrives damaged or defective please email us. We love our customers and appreciate their support for our business! We will always do our best to make things right.

We will not replace or compensate for items that are lost, stolen, or broken while in your care.

In the unlikely event that you notice your jewelry is starting to get loose, it is your responsibility to hold your jewelry in a safe place and reach out to us immediately so you can return your jewelry to us for a free repair. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.

If a stone falls out and you lose it or break it, we will not be able to replace or refund you for the item.
