Refund policy

Adularescence accepts returns for online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request and ship back your return. If your order is not postmarked within 14 days of receiving it, you will not be eligible to receive the full refund amount or receive an exchange. You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back for a return and a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All preorder items and items claimed through our live sales on Instagram are final sale. However, if something arrives damaged or defective please email us. We pride ourselves on our integrity and appreciate our customers who support our business! We will always do our best to set things right.

We kindly ask you to double-check your details before placing your order. We, unfortunately, cannot make any changes once your order is confirmed.

We will not replace or compensate for lost, stolen, or broken items while in your care.
