US domestic orders ship USPS while all international orders will ship through UPS. Our processing time is 1-3 business days in addition to USPS or UPS handling time. Once the package is out of our hands, USPS or UPS tracking is the only information we have access to about your package's whereabouts and delivery timeline.

If your package is marked "delivered" but you still haven't received it, your local post office or UPS should be able to provide details of the delivery. We do not replace or refund lost or stolen packages marked "delivered" "in-transit" or "arriving late".

Adularescence does not accept returns or exchanges. However, if something arrives damaged or defective please email us. We love our customers and appreciate their support for our business! We will always do our best to make things right.
